When planning an event, you want it to be special. You want it to be memorable and unique. And, most importantly, you want it to reflect how wonderful the person/people you’re celebrating truly are.

Here’s the secret to a successful party: Just like they say in real estate, it comes down to location, location, location.

And that’s where GUNTRY comes in!

THE PARTY PLACE

That’s right … GUNTRY hosts parties! In fact, we do it every week, and we do it all: big parties, small parties, birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, cocktail parties, retirement parties. Basically, if you have something to celebrate, GUNTRY can accommodate you.

What makes GUNTRY the perfect party place? To begin with, most events are held in the VIP Lounge, which is 6,000 sq. ft. of open space that can be arranged to suit your party's specific needs and accommodates up to 120 people. In addition, GUNTRY offers numerous classrooms, an auditorium, and a multipurpose room, if needed. Both members and non-members are welcome to rent any rooms inside GUNTRY.

As for entertainment, we have that in abundance. Guests can have an unforgettable experience by adding access to our shooting ranges and immersive simulator. Our experienced, friendly and dedicated firearms instructors will ensure that everyone has a safe and fun time.

A party isn’t a party without good food, and our Executive Chef is available to create the perfect menu for your event.

One of the qualities that makes GUNTRY such a superb, high-end shooting range is our dedication to service, and event planning is no exception. Our job is to help you throw a fabulous party, and we take that job very seriously.

MAKE A PLAN

Like any party, planning doesn’t happen overnight, and success depends on taking care of the details. If you book an event at GUNTRY, this is the process you can expect to walk through with our staff.

Stage One. Nothing can happen until we nail down the date. This should happen at least eight to ten weeks out, especially if you have a specific date and time in mind.

Stage Two. Next we will discuss the party activities. Is this business or pleasure? Are you shooting or using the simulator? Will there be speeches or presentations? We want to get a rough timeline of your event’s activities so we can make necessary arrangements and ascertain that we both are on the same page.

Stage Three. It’s time to discuss any outside vendors: florist, DJ, photo booth, cake deliveries, balloons, etc. This is also the time to decide on the menu. This should happen three to four weeks from the date of your party.

Stage Four. At this point, we want to finalize any seating arrangements or seating charts so we can complete the floor plan for your event. Also, we will go over the final head count and any logistics (e.g. deliveries).

Stage Five. During the week of the event, we will make sure that any printed materials and decorations get delivered successfully to GUNTRY.  We will also review all final details and plans, noting any changes to the timeline or guest list.

Stage Six. It’s time for the party! We will be on hand to make sure everything goes according to plan, and to help navigate those unpredictable (and common) hiccups.
