Our focus as a combative arts academy is to provide technical training, combative conditioning and situational awareness for individuals looking to learn more on how to defend themselves. We concentrate on the progression of each individual so that everyone is working toward achieving their personal goals.

New for Summer 2025 – Now Offering Daytime Options! Join us for two brand-new fitness classes — Circuit Fitness Conditioning and Fitness Kickboxing — or take advantage of Open Mat Time for self-guided training, all available during the day.

Payment is required at time of the reservation.
