RETURN POLICIES

Items may be returned to GUNTRY within 21 business days of the purchase. If the item is returned or cancelled (for firearms not yet transferred) unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer store credit or issue a refund minus a 15 percent restocking fee. Firearms are subject to a maximum restocking fee of 75 dollars.

All products must be packed in the original packaging, including accessories, manuals and documentation. Items that have been opened or removed from the original packaging are subject to an additional 15 percent open box fee, for a total of 30 percent. Ammunition is not eligible for open box return.

The following items cannot be returned:

Customers or Members must contact GUNTRY at least 4 hours prior to their scheduled range time in order to cancel a lane reservation and receive a refund to the original form of payment or store credit.

If Customers or Members contact GUNTRY less than 4 hours prior to their scheduled range time, no refund will be issued.

Members who do not show for their scheduled reservation will be manually billed $15 per lane reserved.

For a full refund, customers must contact GUNTRY at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class.

If customers contact GUNTRY on the day of the class, prior to the class start time, GUNTRY may offer a full refund in the form of in-store credit or allow the customer to reschedule the class.

If customers contact GUNTRY after the class has started or after the class concludes, GUNTRY may issue a 50 percent refund in the form of in-store credit for the value of the class.
